Pelit was a Finnish-language (bi)annual book series published from 1987 to 1991 containing gaming-related articles, tips and most importantly game reviews. Here you can find all the reviews from the books. The reviews were originally written in Finnish; the English versions are translations of the Finnish originals.

1988Taas jalkapallo, nyt Silverbirdiltä. Ei aivan niitä parhaimpia, mutta pelattava ja halpa.
Tekijät ovat ottaneet humoristisen otteen mukaan ja tehneet peliin muutaman hauskan jipon. Kuten palloa potkaistessa se nousee koorkealle ja kuuluu omituinen ääni, joka on kuvaavinaan pallukan lentoa.
Kenttä ja pelaajat on kuvattu lintuperspektiivistä käsin. Tämä uusi katsanto ei haittaa peliä, vaan tuo mukavasti uutta mielenkiintoa lisää.
Pelattavuus on mukava. Ukkelit tottelevat heti eikä viikon päästä, mutta maalivahdin hallinta on hiukka hankalaa aluksi.
Pelattava ja hyvä halpapeli. Ei tätä muuten ostaisi, mutta halvaksi 5-A-Side on kova sana.
1988Football again, this time from Silverbird. Not quite one of the very best, but playable and cheap.
The makers have taken a humorous approach and put a few funny gags into the game. Like how, when you kick the ball, it soars sky-high and you hear a peculiar noise that is supposed to depict the little ball's flight.
The pitch and the players are shown from a bird's-eye view. This new angle doesn't hurt the game; instead it adds a nice bit of fresh interest.
The playability is nice. The little guys obey right away and not a week later, but controlling the goalkeeper is a bit tricky at first.
A playable and good budget game. You wouldn't buy it otherwise, but for a cheapie 5-A-Side is hot stuff.
