1987Pelin aluksi ilmestyy hyvägrafiikkainen maisema kuvaruutuun ja mies nimeltä Trogg on lähellä kuvaruudun alareunaa. Pelaajan tehtävänä on auttaa Troggia keräämään kaikki avaimet kultakin alueelta. Troggilla on vihollisina monenlaisia hirviöitä.

Pelin musiikki on heikohkoa tasoltaan.

Frak on melko hyvin onnistunut kopio BBC:n alkuperäisestä pelistä. Grafiikan resoluutiota on tietysti ollut pakko heikontaa.

Peli on kokonaisuutena hyvä ostos ja tarjoaa monia mukavia pelihetkiä pitkäksi aikaa.

1987At the start of the game a good-looking landscape appears on the screen, and a man called Trogg is near the bottom edge of the screen. The player's task is to help Trogg collect all the keys from each area. Trogg's enemies are all sorts of monsters. The game moves along nicely as long as Trogg always keeps his yo-yo at the ready.

Trogg gets out of many a problem with the help of his yo-yo. He also has a long nose, which comes in handy when collecting keys. While you play, the time keeps running down, and once it's up, darkness falls and Trogg's yo-yo no longer works against the balloons and daggers. As the game gets harder you also come up against a clone of Trogg, who puts up more than enough of a fight. Trogg will have to slog away for quite a while if he means to get all the keys collected from all 96 houses.

The game's graphics are astonishingly advanced, and on top of that 'off screen action' has been added, meaning Trogg's yo-yo also works outside the screen even when the target can't be seen. In that case you can only tell that the yo-yo has hit an enemy from the sound.

The game's music is on the weakish side. It resembles the 'beepers' of lower-quality computers, which put out nothing but beeps of different pitches and lengths.

The game's colour choices have come off better than average.

Frak is a fairly successful copy of the original BBC game. The resolution of the graphics has of course had to be reduced.

All in all the game is a good buy and offers plenty of pleasant gaming moments for a long time to come.
