1988On vuosi 2379.

Koko pelin selvittämistä varten on yksi tunti reaaliaikaa.

Red Led on suunnattoman laaja peli.

1988It is the year 2379. Despite today's gloomy forecasts, our planet's energy reserves have lasted this long. Now, however, the electricity is running out, and a terrible fate threatens our beloved computers... Think of the withdrawal symptoms when we can no longer stare into our monitors night after night playing this game!

Substantial energy reserves have been found on a total of 37 worlds, and so lattice-like routes are to be built between them.

Once you've chosen your target world and a droid suited to the task out of the three available, it's off to the battlefield. In each three-dimensional world you must find four energy capsules, placed in different parts of the large playing area. Along the way you can collect bonus letters and destroy robot generators, though that sends the surviving robots into a rage. Once you've found all the capsules, you can move on to the next world through the exit.

You have one hour of real time to complete the whole game. Every fall off the playing area, however, knocks a minute off that time. Death can also come from running out of energy, colliding with an enemy robot or falling into an acid pool.

Red Led is an enormously large game. Completing it is a challenge worth taking up. The control system in particular deserves a mention, that's how flexible and pleasant it is. This game has that certain something!
