Sweevo's World

1987Sweedo on pieni, pitkäkaulainen robotti.

Peli on laajennettu Spectrum Plussan Sweevo's World -pelistä lisäämällä huoneiden määrä 250:een.

1987Sweedo is a small, long-necked robot. A few small mistakes crept in during construction, so Sweevo turned out to be the stupidest and most botched robot in the universe. It was given one last chance, though: to explore and fix up the strangest planet in the world.

So Sweevo has to collect various objects that are used to rid the planet of all sorts of weird creatures. The objects are easy enough to find, but picking them up is not so easy, since Sweevo can't jump over obstacles. Some of the obstacles are dangerous, but they don't necessarily kill you outright; only Sweevo's facial expression changes. The hand of a humorist shows everywhere in the game. When you die for the last time, the comment is: Deader!

The game has been expanded from the Spectrum Plus game Sweevo's World by raising the number of rooms to 250. It uses the same kind of three-dimensional graphics as, for example, Knight Lore. In execution the graphics are top class, fast and precise. The control keys aren't the best possible, but there are several joystick options. The 128's sound chip, at least, hasn't been put to as good use as it could have been.
